  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds and Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
